Most mat classes are heated to 90-100 degrees, unless otherwise specified on the schedule. Please make sure to check the class description.

This 50-minute Plank to Pike Pilates class is designed to push your legs and glutes to their max! This is a Booty based Reformer routine that will incorporate core-focused breaks intermittently, providing relief to your legs. This is the type of class that will have you taking selfies in the mirror from the lower body pump but also crawling out of the studio.
