Most classes are heated to 90-100 degrees, unless otherwise specified on the schedule. Please make sure to check the class description.

A 50-minute lower body sculpt class. This mat-based class targets glutes, hips, and legs with a mix of slow burn and strong holds. Expect deep muscle activation, precise movement, and bursts of core work to support full-body balance. It’s your go-to for building strength from the ground up.
