Refund Policy

At Plank to Pike, we value your business and are committed to providing an exceptional studio experience. Please review the following policies before making a purchase.

Memberships

All membership purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will not be issued for unused classes, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel, or changes in personal circumstances.

Cancellation requests must follow the terms of your membership agreement. Submitting a cancellation request does not entitle you to a refund for current or previous billing periods.

Class Packs & Single Classes

All class packs, single classes, and promotional offers are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Please review your purchase’s expiration date before completing your transaction. Expiration dates will not be extended unless required by law.

Retail Merchandise

Unworn and unwashed merchandise with its original tags may be returned within 3 days of purchase for store credit or an exchange.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Grip socks

  • Water bottles

  • Wellness products

  • Sale or discounted merchandise

  • Gift cards

Workshops, Events & Trainings

All workshop, event, and training registrations are non-refundable.

If Plank to Pike cancels a workshop, event, or training, registered participants will receive either a full refund or studio credit equal to the amount paid.

Studio Credit

Studio credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Requests for exceptions will be reviewed individually and are subject to approval by Plank to Pike management. An approved exception does not guarantee approval of future requests.

Billing Questions & Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact info@planktopikepilates.com before initiating a chargeback so we can review your account and address any billing errors promptly.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing classes, memberships, merchandise, or services from Plank to Pike, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

This policy applies except where otherwise required by applicable law.
