Please keep in mind we are a boutique style studio and we ask everyone to be courteous to their neighbor during class.
No phones during class, Any calls/texts must be taken outside the training area during class.
We kindly ask our community to wipe their reformer down post workout.
Dogs and children will not be permitted to wait for you in the lobby while you take class

Our classes can be a beneficial choice of exercise during pregnancy. Depending on your stage of pregnancy and any specific considerations, modifications may be necessary.

We ask all new members to please arrive 10 minutes before class to meet your instructor and get comfortable with the machines.
Returning clients get a 5 minute grace period, after that it will be marked as a no show.

Grippy socks are mandatory, you are free to bring your own pair or purchase a pair from the studio.

You will first need to purchase class credits, a single class, class pack or membership. Once you have purchased a credit you are able to go and reserve your spot in class. You can do this through our website or our personal studio app.

When you sign up to the waitlist it is just like signing up for class with the intention that you can make it. You can get off the waitlist up to 1 hour before class time with no penalties.
Should you not be able to make class, it you must remove yourself from the waitlist. If you late cancel after you get off the waitlist there will be a penalty. We suggest you turn app notifications / check your email to easily check these updates!

Meet the XFormer!
Maximize your workout with our custom-designed XFormer machines, crafted for effectiveness and user-friendliness in our studios. Resembling Pilates reformers, these machines uniquely enhance strength, stability, and flexibility. For any inquiries about our XFORMERs, reach out to us or consult your instructor. We trust you'll enjoy these machines as much as we do!
Front & Back Platform:
The machine has stationary front and back platforms, serving as the points for stepping on and off during your workout.
The Carriage:
The carriage is the mobile part of the machine. It smoothly slides back and forth from the front to the back of the machine. On the carriage, you will find 2 white lines which are reference points.
Springs:
Situated between the front platform and the carriage, you'll discover springs that provide resistance to the carriage. These springs come in different colors, signifying varying levels of resistance – white for light, grey for medium, and black for the heaviest. Your instructor will guide you through spring changes during the class.
The Well:
The well is the space between the carriage and the back platform. Inside this space, you will find an adjustable foot strap.
Handlebars or “Dog Ears”:
Two handles are attached to the front and back platforms, movable by lifting and adjustable to different positions for a variety of exercises.
Black handles:
Tucked on each side of the carriage, there are black straps that have both a hard handle and a soft foot strap.
Blue Straps:
Secured to the rear handlebars are blue straps equipped with sturdy handles.
Bungee:
Attached to the front of the machine is a black bungee cord with an affixed soft strap, commonly placed over the foot for leg exercises.
Carriage & Platform Straps:
Both the front and back platforms feature platform straps, while the carriage has two carriage straps, all utilized for leveraging during exercises.
